Brand new race engine builds. These are not rebuilds, brand new matched cases only.
We cannot reuse old cases as potential for bad specs, stripped bolts and vapor honing to clean saves minimal cost with no guarantees core will be usable. Ask us how we know!

3 stages to choose from. 

These are built on proven platforms and products that we have run over 20+ years of engine building and racing mini quads. All consumables are Xtreme performance products. Nothing but the best of the best. 

Exhaust not included. If needed add $400 to ea.

Stage 1:  $4000

Brand new stock case, 2fast crank & top end, Stage 6 ignition, air Stryker carb, upgraded Vforce reeds, Malossi over range variator and slipper clutch, solid drive sprocket (19) tooth. Stock trans gears. Stock water pump. 

Stage 2:  $4500

Brand new stock ported case, 2fast crank & top end, Air Stryker carb, ported reed chamber for oversized reed cage, Vforce reed cage w/ carbon reeds, Stage 6 ignition, Malossi over range variator and slipper clutch, solid drive sprocket (19) tooth. Stock welded trans gears. Stock water pump. 

Stage 3: $5500

Brand new stock ported case, 2fast crank & port/polished top end, Air Stryker carb, ported reed chamber for oversized reed cage, Vforce reed cage w/ carbon reeds, Stage 6 ignition, Malossi over range variator and slipper clutch, Standard or high speed welded and cryo’d trans gears, billet trans cover, electric water pump & block off plate. (Trans ratio speeds bike up by approx 23-25%) high speed will come with17 tooth sprocket to reduce to approx12-15% you will need to gear rear sprocket to desired torque.
