Race Engines

Brand new race engine builds. These are not rebuilds, brand new matched cases only.
We cannot reuse old cases as potential for bad specs, stripped bolts and vapor honing to clean saves minimal cost with no guarantees core will be usable. Ask us how we know!

3 stages to choose from. 

These are built on proven platforms and products that we have run over 20+ years of engine building and racing mini quads. 

Stage 1: 

Brand new stock case, 2fast crank & top end, Stage 6 ignition, race exhaust and muffler, Malossi over range variator and slipper clutch, solid drive sprocket (19) tooth. Stock trans gears. Stock water pump. 

Stage 2:

Brand new stock ported case, 2fast crank & top end, Air Stryker carb, ported reed chamber for oversized reed cage, Vforce reed cage w/ carbon reeds, Stage 6 ignition, race exhaust and muffler, Malossi over range variator and slipper clutch, solid drive sprocket (19) tooth. Stock welded trans gears. Stock water pump. 

Stage 3:

Brand new stock ported case, 2fast crank & top end, Air Stryker carb, ported reed chamber for oversized reed cage, Vforce reed cage w/ carbon reeds, Stage 6 ignition, race exhaust and muffler, Malossi over range variator and slipper clutch, solid drive sprocket (17) tooth, high speed welded and cryo’d trans gears, billet trans cover, electric water pump & block off plate. (Trans ratio speeds bike up by approx 23-25%) 17 tooth sprocket reduces to approx12-15% you will need to gear rear sprocket to desired torque.
